loved the unique and charming hotel with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and beautiful gardens and lake. The Cafe des Artistes had excellent food and service. It exceeded my expectations after staying in Suresnes.

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival to the hotel. I think that photos on the website don't do enough justice to this hotel. We found it particularly charming and very well appointed. The family room was quite spacious for french standards and nice; there is also a lovely garden with the little fountain and a cozy spa which has exit to the small but very charming garden. It is 20 min from Paris, although I am not sure how driving is in the rush hour. We really enjoyed our stay and would probably come back.

The hotel's vintage atmosphere and bucolic environment make it the perfect escape from everyday life. The bistronomic restaurant and tearoom offer delicious food and drinks. The private spaces with a view are great for spending time together. The hotel bar has a cozy atmosphere perfect for enjoying a cocktail.
The room lacked storage space as if I didn't have enough clothes to fill a wardrobe.

Hotel is a bit out of the way but at least has restaurants on site to make life easier
I didn't really know what to make of this Hotel. It's a bit odd really, part luxury, part business, part old school French. It's kind of unique

The food was excellent both in the main restaurant and the Bistro
Wine pricey. Didnt realise it was situated on a busy road, thought it was in a more rural setting. Photo showed park but this is only at back of hotel. Difficult to get a taxi back to hotel from Versailles need own transport. Not possible to get a snack or tea/coffee in afternoon.

The value for money at this hotel was great, especially considering the lovely room and amenities. The location was excellent, with beautiful gardens and a peaceful lake beyond. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The morning meal could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

During my stay I felt pampered and I loved the attention to deatail in the staff's attentiveness, food and decor. I would recommend this hotel and came home feeling revived and refreshed.
I wished I had been told in advance that the jaccuzi was not working. The spa experience was a bit disappointing.

The hotel's decoration is charming and elegant, with beautiful floral arrangements and cozy seating areas. It created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for senior guests like myself. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, providing a pleasant environment to relax and socialize with other guests. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with ramps and elevators available to make getting around easier.
I would have liked to see more assistance from the children working there in terms of providing support and guidance to senior guests. It would have been helpful if they were more attentive to the specific needs of older individuals, such as offering assistance with luggage or providing recommendations for activities that are more suitable for seniors.

The Interior, staff and food was really good - great location.
The bed was to small, only queen in a double room. In my mind thats a single bed. The breaktfast was late and not ready on time at 7.00 as announced. We left at 7.45 and the hot breakfast was still not ready.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location, nestled in nature along a tranquil river bank, was absolutely stunning. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff members who made us feel right at home. The room was comfortable and fitted out to a high quality, and the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and mini-bar, enhanced our comfort and convenience. We loved the beautiful terrace where we could relax and enjoy the garden views. Additionally, the on-site restaurant offered excellent food and service, ensuring that we were well taken care of during our stay.
Although the room was clean overall, we did experience some inconsistencies with the housekeeping service. For example, upon arrival, there was only one towel provided for a room meant for two people.

setting is great just outside of Versaille. It has its own style and is not one of the large network 4* hotels but can certainly compete. restaurant has good food and service.
